Ready-power AIDC development

Start where others still wait.

Power-ready sites. Purpose-built modules. The fastest path to delivery.

FaradMod focuses on a rare class of U.S. greenfield opportunity: sites with usable power already in place, positioned for acquisition and near-term construction—not early-stage land waiting on a new substation or load study. We pair that access with machine-specific OEM modular delivery.

The core moat

Acquire a site that can move directly into construction.

FaradMod’s primary advantage is access to AIDC-suitable greenfield opportunities where usable power is already ready—not merely planned.

Years of infrastructure experience applied to the hardest part of AIDC: finding power-ready land.

We focus on acquisition candidates that can avoid the longest front-end delays and move toward construction immediately after diligence and closing.

  • 01Usable power already in place—not a future utility promise
  • 02No new substation build required before initial construction
  • 03No front-end load-study wait before the ready phase can proceed

Delivery assurance

Design to the machine. Build through OEM. Connect on site.

Once the powered site is secured, FaradMod translates the off-taker’s machine requirements into a purpose-built modular deployment manufactured by qualified OEM partners.

The modules arrive ready for site integration, compressing field work while preserving machine-specific engineering. The OEM model avoids the fixed cost and schedule burden of building an owned factory.

Off-taker specific
The deployment is configured around the contracted machine platform and operating requirements—not around a generic catalog product.
OEM manufactured
Qualified partners build the modules while FaradMod coordinates site, EPC, and delivery around one project schedule.
Field-connected
Factory-built infrastructure is transported to the powered site for connection, commissioning, and operation.

Why we can move faster

TIME SAVED · LOWER FIXED COST · FASTER DELIVERY

Ready power removes front-end waiting. Machine-specific modular design reduces on-site construction. OEM manufacturing keeps capital focused on the project. Speed is the result of those choices—not a standalone promise.

Reference architecture

One modular infrastructure architecture, engineered around the machine.

GB300 NVL72 is the current reference workload. The architecture connects the full power, liquid-cooling, module, and platform road map—then adapts each layer to the off-taker’s selected system.

  1. 01 / POWER

A complete power chain, not a utility handoff.

Each stage has a defined role in delivering conditioned, resilient power from the grid to the AI load.

    1. Utility serviceBrings verified site power into the facility boundary.
    2. TransformerConverts incoming voltage for the facility distribution architecture.
    3. UPSConditions power and bridges critical loads through transfer events.
    4. Standby generationSupports continuity when utility power is unavailable.

  2. 02 / COOLING

    Closed-loop liquid cooling for GB300.

The thermal chain carries heat from the rack through controlled coolant distribution to site heat rejection, targeting a PUE of approximately 1.2.

    1. Rack liquid loopCaptures heat at the GB300 liquid-cooled rack interface.

    5. Closed-loop returnReturns conditioned coolant through the loop for continuous reuse.
  3. 03 / MODULE

    Factory-built around the off-taker’s machine.

GB300 NVL72 is the current reference, but the module is engineered from the contracted platform’s electrical, cooling, controls, network, and service requirements.

Development platform

A focused platform for power-constrained AI growth.

FaradMod is a power-first AI infrastructure development platform focused on the most constrained part of the market: sites with credible, usable power.

The business model is direct: source suitable U.S. greenfield opportunities, acquire after diligence, secure a long-term off-taker contract, deliver machine-specific capacity through modular EPC and OEM partners, then operate for lease income.

  1. 01Power-first site selection and independent verification
  2. 02Long-term off-taker contract before full build-out
  3. 03OEM delivery followed by leased operations

Development questions

How the model works.

The sequence from power verification and site acquisition to contracted demand, modular delivery, and long-term operations.

01

What makes a site viable?

Credible power comes first. We independently verify capacity and timing, then assess land control, fiber, water, permitting, interconnection, and the path to AI-ready operation.

02

Why use an asset-light delivery model?

The scarce asset is powered land, not factory ownership. Sourcing modular systems from qualified OEMs preserves capital for site control while retaining project-specific engineering and procurement flexibility.

03

Where does the off-taker fit?

The target structure is a long-term pre-lease aligned to MW demand, machine specification, service requirements, and delivery schedule before full build-out.

04

What is the business sequence?

Source a powered greenfield opportunity, acquire it after diligence, secure a long-term off-taker contract, complete modular EPC delivery, and operate the leased infrastructure.

05

How do investors or partners engage?
